Possible Sableye Bug

I have noticed that when I am using boosted attacks with Sableye, especially coming out of stealth, Sableye receives a slight stun and is unable to move for a split second. Should this be happening? It happens regardless of if I hit a wild pokemon or an enemy player. It’s slight enough that it is easy to miss, but impactful enough that it has affected my gameplay and it has discouraged me from trying to use boosted basic attacks and just go right into using moved instead. This I believe takes away from the value Sableye could be having within team fights.
