Pokémon UNITE is working on reducing nuisance behavior daily, so that customers can enjoy games with peace of mind.

Excessive nuisance behavior falls under Article 18 of the Terms of Use and is considered a violation of those Terms of Use.

Unfortunately, we are currently seeing a lot of disruptive behavior in the in-game voice chat, which makes it difficult for players to enjoy playing the game. As a result, we have decided to strengthen the disciplinary actions for abusive language, threats, and other inappropriate remarks.

The specific type of disciplinary action and its application will be determined individually according to the content of the nuisance. We will consider factors such as the severity of the behavior, and whether or not there is a presence of habitual nuisance behavior. First-time offenders may only receive a warning, but more serious offenses may result in voice chat restrictions, account suspensions, or in some cases, permanent account suspensions.

Pokémon UNITE will continue to be a safe and enjoyable game, and we will do our utmost to combat nuisances.

We look forward to your continued cooperation.

* We will not be able to respond to inquiries about the details of disciplinary actions.

* If you are found to have abused the reporting system for mischievous or harassing purposes, you may be receive disciplinary action. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in the appropriate use of the reporting system.
