A spanish V-Astro card in and English pack

Hello. I am a newbie, we started to collect Pokemon cards with my 9yo daughter just for fun. We buy booster packs nowadays almost every day at our local toy store. Yeah, we got pulled in hard... Anyway, we opened recently two booster packs, where next to the usual english cards we found a V Astro card, in Spanish language. Some of the cards were packed upside down in the pack. It insta tly made me wonder, do we buy fake cards? Is it possible that we find Spanish cards next to english ones?

If you want, I will share pictures of the booster packs and the cards itself.

The upside down cards makes me think it's a packing error. Not unheard of to get mixed up cards and other odd things happening. I've seen people online with other weird packing errors, like a pack that had nothing but Weedle in it, cards caught in the seal ruining them, upside down cards, etc. Admittedly, this is the first time I've heard of cards in another language being packed together, but I imagine it's not the first time this has happened.
