Redgidrago deck help

I just started playing the pokemon tgc live a few months ago and made a new deck irl. And it's taking awhile to find a redgidrago Vstar. I don't think there is one in scarlet and violet. Please someone tell me how to find a redgidrago Vstar and V

there is no Regidrago in scarlet/violet. You will have to buy silver tempest packs if you want to pull it, but the best way of getting the cards you need for a deck is not buying packs, it's ordering them off of a card company like TCGplayer.
