Missing Deck Box and Sleeves from Code

Hi,

in the past few days i redeemed several Shrouded Fable ETB Codes. It showed the rewards animation with the sleeves and the deck box but in deck customization they are nowhere to be found.

I tried switching the owned filter on and off but they still didn't show up. Any idea what went wrong?
