Getting Darkrai without an event in BD/SP

😊✌️ I'm Djeansk, a long-time enthusiastic Pokemon fan (like everyone here😁) and I have a question.
The point is that I want to get either Pokemon Brilliant Diamond or Pokemon Shining Pearl and I'm wondering if you can also get Darkrai without having taken part in an event. I missed the event where you get the member card. With Pokemon Diamond and Pearl it was possible by tweaking or whatever it's called.

well I don’t know because someone tried to do that before darkrai came out and darkrai was not on newmoon island so I don’t know if they took darkrai off the island after the newmoon event though if you want 100% get darkrai you have to get both rather brilliant diamond or shining pearl play them a little then get legends arceus and because you had bdsp you are able to get darkrai
