Cinderace Theme Deck

Hello, I apologize if this is not the right place to ask, but i'm new using Pokemon TCG Live (and fairly new to pokemon TCG iself).
I bought a Cinderace Theme deck some time ago.
I did redeem the deck with the code provided in the pack.
But accidentaly i deleted the deck. I tried to enter the code again but it does nothing (I thought it would replace the deleted theme deck).

Now i'm trying to make the deck manually but I cannot find the Hop (Supporter) in my collection and not even on the Card Library.

What can I do?

before start select expanded Deck, and in the filters set it to show all cards. Theme decks are old many catds rotated out of Standard bro.
