Issue with in-game tournaments

Helle, me and my friends wanted to play an in-game tournament but at the last minute, one of them said that he can't play, so we found an other people and try to register the new player but we was already register with the people that can't play so the game prevented us to register the new player by removing the other (the tournament was not start). I think it can be better if we can change teams until the tournament start.
