Buzzwole bug - Smack Down

Since the last update, I think there is a bug on Smack Down.
When Buzzwole uses SmackDown on a Pokémon, sometimes the time when the Pokémon is launched is very short, it seems like time is accelerated.
I feel like it sometimes happens to some Pokémon but it always happens to Ho-Oh.

    they changed tenacity as a whole to apply to all stuns so they are shorter now
