Pokemon Evolution in need of change

Anyone feel that some of the pokemon are too hard to evolve like Finizen let alone wanting to evolve Feebas into Milotic much easier let alone any other pokemon? In my case, I would like to see friendship maxed for Feebas while it's holding a Marvel scale for a much better evolution.
