Pokemon immune to EX pokemon gets damaged anyway

Hello, in expanded alolan ninetales from 2017 got hit by Gyrados EX waterfall, even though Ninetales ability states it is immune from any effects and damage from opponent's EX or GX pokemon. I have screenshot if needed.

    Not a bug. EX and ex are different.

    It's working as intended, Gyarados ex it's not an EX.

    The Alolan Ninetales (Luminous Barrier) ability only makes it immune from any effects and damage from opponent's GX and EX (capital letters) Pokémon, so an ex Pokémon can damage it.
