Pokémon Go Pawmo Evolution Glitch

Me and my friends have encountered this glitch in Pokemon Go, where we earn enough candy and walk enough to evolve Pawmo, and when we click evolve, it gives us “error”. We have signed in and out, and have tried multiple different things to fix it. It still doesn’t work.
