Add a system to Ranked queue (FOR SOLO Q)

I repeatedly got many players below 1300 master rank or Ultra that I lost with them almost all the time. I already figured out their master rank, and I was the only one who had the highest master rank among all in my random team. It also causes me to almost never get a draft pick.

Add a system like

ALL players are picked into a team in the range of 1300 or below and Ultra, NOT ABOVE 1300 PERIOD.

  • A team with all 5 players in the range of 1300 and below.
  • A team with all 5 players in the range of 1301 and 1400, NOT BELOW 1301 or ABOVE 1400.
  • A team with all 5 players in the range of 1401 and 1500, NOT BELOW 1401 or ABOVE 1500.
  • Etc.

Both teams must be within the same range so that a fair battle can be made.

PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN because I got all players who are below my master rank ALL THE TIMES. I can't continue playing this ranked game, it get me blah and sick of it.
