what pokemon am i discribing with this riddle?

i live in the shadow of someone other in my evolution chain, that is what me, everyday constrain. We look like each other, and have the same mother, but my evolution can do something that i can’t do.

do you see the ql in the bottom left well it you press it quotation marks are an option if you press the quotation marks it will let you choose between code block quote or spoiler choose the spoiler button
