*New* Block+ detrimental bug

Block+ only stuns 4 times instead of 8 now after the most recent season reset (ver 1.14.2.8). I'm pretty sure it was working last season even though there were no balance changes between then and now. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

    I have had a red dot bug for over a year. Support doesn't care. In fact, only Asian regions are an option on English Website or other on support page.

    Singapore is an option but United States isn't...

    How come we don't get help
