Breaking Swipe is bugged against Pokemon with the Contrary Ability

Breaking swipe is able to lower the attack of Pokemon with the Contrary ability.

Very frustrating when pretty much everything else works. So if that Contrary Pokemon tries to use Trailblaze their speed is going to be lowered instead of raised. So Breaking Swipe should raise the contrary Pokemon's attack when it gets hit by that move.
