Miraidon ex bugged w/Froslass?

Froslass ability not working on Miraidon ex. I might be missing something, but (esp with no energy or tools attached) Miraidon should be taking 10 damage between each turn.

but what about your opponent other pokemon and what was on both active spot?! you got a print??
