Playing Live on my Desktop causes my screen to enter Power saving mode?

Hello.

I have Live on my Ipad, mobile phone and Windows desktop.

Only on my desktop, will Live try to enter power saving mode—not with any other games, etc.. It only happens when Live is running. There is some screen flickering, then the screen goes black, enters power-saving mode, then comes back on. This process will happen a lot, too.
