Why on earth when a player refuses to take prize cards blatantly knowing they will lose, them I have to sit and wait 25 minutes for his timer to run out only to still be waiting for him to collect said prize cards leaving me no choice but having to concede. This is a blatant error in the game

If you refuse to take prize cards you should be timing out. Simple

This happens to me at least 5 times a day, but it is not opponents fault, I think this happens when your connection drops. I'm not sure but maybe it is something like this:
Server sends data, you lose connection for a second or two, and client gets bugged.
even if you wait for 25 minutes the game will not end.

Yes this is exactly what it seemed like and I think I was a bit prompt with the "dear Mr royal hampton" 😉
