If I attach luxurious cape to one of my basics and then evolve into an ex pokemon what would happen ruling wise?

It would lose the extra hundred hp but your opponent wouldn't take an extra prize when knocking it out. The effect just goes away.

if my Sableye retreat, and it has a burn marker, it will hold that marker, right? And with pokemon checkup my Sableye don’t recover. My new active pokemon get burned. Do i need two markers?

@NoahLaprasForum Going to the bench removes Special Conditions. You can only have them in the active.
