Ash's Pidgeot to physically reappear in his post-retirement anime series?

In the To Be a Pokémon Master episode, I knew that Ash's former released Pidgeot has rejoined Ash's rotation after managing to save a flock of all Pidgey from a wild Fearow. So, do you think that Ash's Pidgeot will make its physical reappearance as in his post-retirement anime series or get physically dropped out from that series of his? Why?
