Jirachi prism star doesn’t trigger

the effect for jirachi prism star’s ability doesn’t trigger in expanded. It was a facedown prize card after using peonia and I had a bench place available. Not sure why it wouldn’t work unless it was a bug. There were no ability lock effects in play either.

    Getting it with Peonia doesn't count. It has to be from actually taking prize cards after a KO.
