Shivery Chill Game freeze

My opponent was using Chien-Pao ex's ability for over 4 minutes. When I tried to emote for the first time in the match with the confused emote, the game froze, with the only exception being the music. Since the game froze, I was unable to concede or get the battle log for that match.
For clarification, the game only froze when I emoted.
