Bug with Glimwood Tangle

Occasionally, after switching Togedemaru (SIT) from bench to active (I'm not if it's just retreat, switch cart, and/or Bird Keeper that triggers it), Glimwood Tangle fails to offer me a second coin flip after using Toge Dash.

    I have also noticed a bug with Glimwood Tangle where it fails to activate. In my case, it's when using Unown Vstar's Tri Power while the Unown Vstar has Blunder Policy attached to it.

    After using Tri Power and flipping at least one Tails, Blunder Policy activates, but Glimwood Tangle does not. I've reproduced this bug several times, it seems consistent.
