Card gets stuck on the screen, game can't begin

I have tried to play on ladder twice with this deck, in both of them I drew a Pokégear 3.0 in my starting hand, but it didn't go there, it just got stuck in the middle of the screen, and I couldn't begin the game. The only thing I could do was to concede, which is where the game just becomes a white screen and I have to restart it to get back in the game.
