Issues installing on windows 11.

After installing and attempting to run, it keeps restarted having me select language, white loading screen. thn back to a notice popup stating "Collecting local assets 6/43". So0on as I select ok, I then choose my language again for this to repeat continually.
Ran repair option in installer with no luck. Any thoughts? Thanks.
