Bug with Arven and Heavy Baton. (and maybe Techno Raider)

So I've been playing Future Hands earlier and I noticed a weird bug. When I played "Arven" to get a "Techno Raider" and a "Heavy Baton", the game wouldn't let me select the Heavy Baton.
The card had an arow under it which indicated that I should have been able to select it, but I couldn't interact with it. I was able to select other "Tools" and "Items", but the game wouldn't let me select "Heavy Baton" even when I didn't select any other cards selected.
This is my first bug report, so let me know if I'm doing thing wrong.
