Surrender bug

You can have 4 people hit yes to surrender a match and if the 5th simply doesn't respond, the match keeps going giving them 100% control. Its not a majority rules. If that's the way its supposed to be, then give us the option to simply leave. If someone can force a match to continue, someone should also be able to force the match to end without penalty. I'm sick of getting timed out because the game thinks idling after 4 yes votes on a surrender is ban worthy. Make that make sense.
