It's no bug. Pretty much all of the cards in that deck have rotated. You need to change the filter to show Expanded cards. Then you'll see them, but you can't use them in Ranked.3 -

@Octowen you're close but still off. The Ultra Ball scenario is allowed. However, I believe that the TM Evo one isn't for the same reason it's against the rules to play Elsa's Spa…4 -
