I redeemed the codes for the Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly promo cards but they are no longer in my collection on PTCGL. How can I get those cards back?2 -

How was it knocked out? It has to have been knocked out during your opponent's turn. Keep in mind that Poison and Burn would KO during Pokémon Checkup, which happens between turns.0 -
