Why can't it just be like the GTS in the pokemon games? You request a card that you WANT TO GET and put up what you're willing to let go for it.1 -

This is a known problem effecting other cards, I've seen it come up with Explorer's Guidance and the Great Tusk that can mill your opponent's deck.1 -

This also happened to me but I was the side that couldnt use the Trekking Shoes in my hand. Shoes wasnt highlighted and couldnt be played. My deck had 2 cards but I dont think that could be the cause.1 -
