This happened to me once: It was my turn, and the turn timer was counting down, but I couldn't do anything. I had to wait for my turn to switch to my opponents turn1 -

Re: Recommendation: Bring back the "mute" option on opponents
I only use the "confused" emote if the opponent is doing nothing, and usually that is indicative of a desync or disconnect.1
