The card is banned because it's glitched. They'll unban it after they fix it. However, it still won't be playable in Standard (it rotated on Thursady), so if it's a standard deck …5 -

Rotation was meant to happen today in Live. They did it about 15 hours early. If you read the rotation announcement, it clearly stated that rotation is this week on Live.5 -
