You can still migrate your PTCGO account to Live. You can either do this when you log into Live for the 1st time or do it later on. And you can enter your PTCGO codes into Live and redeem them.7 -

There aren't any announced plans for Expended in 2025… Tbh looking at their inability to do anything relevant I don't think BW/XY will be added to Expanded for the next 2 or 3 years.7 -
