Has just happened to me too. Waited until their timer ran out and still had to concede. Very grating after a twenty minute wait! This really is a game breaking issue making it unplayable.6 -

Rerolled quest cannot be completed
I rerolled the "complete 3 games without conceding" quest into "play 4 Pokemon V" quest. The new quest is not registering any played Pokemon V, and I cannot complete the quest.6 -
