If you read the FAQ, you would have seen that deck lists don't transfer. You were supposed to save them before migrating. Packs also don't transfer, though you get crystals as compensation.2 -

Switch Cart is bugged
Currently the game doesn't allow you to play switch cart on Pokémon that have 0 retreat cost. This is an issue since you may want to use it to heal your Pokémon while retreating.2 -
