  • https://community.pokemon.com/en-us/discussion/comment/62296#Comment_62296 Generation 2 is underrated in the fandom, I think. It was developed before gen 1 released in the west and became a global sensation, so I believe it was intended to be the ultimate Pokémon game. A send off to this niché little series before they…
  • https://community.pokemon.com/en-us/discussion/comment/62231#Comment_62231 Halo 5 had bigger problems than its ending. But I do agree that the pacing of PLA is strange. The plot as a whole was strange, with very little in the way of actual conflict. It felt like the sisters pursuing you and being thrown out of the village…
  • I would not make assumptions about any accessories and their compatibility. I am sure Nintendo are going to come out with a whole host of Switch 2 accessories, but whether the old Switch 1 stuff (or third party stuff) will remain compatible is yet to be seen. If you are planning to buy a new Switch controller or something…
  • Again, it is possible that there is a genuine flaw in the RNG that needs to be addressed. But you need a bigger sample size to assess that. Or access to the game's code and the functions it uses to simulate randomness. Humans are really bad at recognising randomness, to the point that ironically they will think a rigged…
  • https://community.pokemon.com/en-us/discussion/comment/62218#Comment_62218 But if everyone has to comment anyway, why bother with the poll?
  • This is a really odd poll. Why is it in the news forum rather than the general? What does someone do if they love one type but hate the other? I understand you cannot fit all types in a poll with only 10 options, but this does render the result mostly useless. If Psychic/Rock wins the poll, should I conclude that Rock is…
  • @MonstaDash >Halo mentioned 👀 Halo 5 is a very specific comparison. What did you mean by that?
  • Either player should be able to concede at any time for any reason. Anything else will just lead to frustration. If your opponent concedes, the game is over and you have won. Take the win. Why force them to sit through a game they feel they have already lost?
  • Out of interest, has everyone voting in this poll actually played all the games? If not, how can you fairly assess which one is the best?
  • How do you know what kind of RNG the game uses? What sample size did you use to establish that the coin flips are not sufficiently random? Surely it's not one? It's not just you, right? Because there may indeed be something wrong with the RNG. But you will need better proof than "I lost most of my coin flips, RNG sux!"
