    Hey thanks for helping me with the math problem a lot of information but i do have a guestion what does this symbol (^) mean when it was right beside a number like for example 10^?

      Means to the power of(aka Exponent). So 10^2 = 100. The backwards or inverse path is log 100 = 2. Log is assumed to be base of 10 unless specified as a subscript next to the log(which I don't think you can format on this forum but figured I'd mention that). Basically log x = y is the same as 10^y = x. If the log had a subscript of say 4 and was log of 100, it'd be the same as 4^y = 100 or 4 to what power equals 100. All of what I've just said is basically Pre-Calculus level Math(aka Math Analysis).
