@MajorBrendan I think it's because of the blue spot on it head considering that fact that it's horn is used for attacking why would it use its horn for attacking if it has that kinda power in it

I did figure out for the promos you get a better chance of getting certain promo pokemon depending on what battle you do So I did the beginner battle for the lapras event so I got a bunch of butterfree and pickachu

Then I would use tcgplayer I use it all the time it makes finding cards that my game store does not have really easy

The elite trainer box is perfect I got 2 of them and thay were nice to add more cards to my collection
