At this current time, no one knows what the Advance Ticket is specifically used for in the game, it is completely shrouded in mystery. The only information we have on it is the in-game description which states that it “cannot be used yet” and you must “Wait and see what it’s for!”.

Waste; that’s a separate event with only 40 card decks.

Technically, there has already been a Dragon type Arceus card: But I understand what you mean. I don’t think they’ll make a new one that goes with the old ones though.
