costo di ritiro di un pokemon attivo

Buongiorno a tutti, ho bisogno di chiarire un dubbio:
Un pokemon attivo ha (quasi sempre) un costo di ritiro in carte energia. Nel caso volessi ritirarlo ma il pokemon in questione non avesse energie sufficienti, posso scartare energie che ho in mano o che hanno altri pokemon in panchina?

No, devono essere energie assegnate al Pokemon attivo e che deve essere ritirato.
