So, I've looked at the activity leaderboards a few times this week and there's something strange. I've noticed that some users have been getting hundreds of points out of nowhere (I think it's happened before, but I have more reason to mention it now). This could be due to getting rare badges or an absurd amount of reactions, but it's usually happening to users who have been flagged, so it could be the flags being negated. Also, you and @Thur55555555555 are pretty high on the weekly leaderboard. Do you think they're negating the effects of wrongful flagging, or is it all just reactions and badges?

I'm not sure. I noticed @TechHog jumped dramatically and was surprised because they haven't been on in I don't know how long. I figured someone was doing what I do and scrolling through a person's page and looking at their comments, giving reactions. However, if you're right and the mods are listening and removing the effect of unnecessary flags I would be so happy.

Thur55555555555If you look the main example @TechHog has jumped in likes and agrees I think someone is just liking them for fun. It started when I felt a little sorry for them having so many flags like me and so I gave them a few agrees on some of their flagged posts and it got them a medal. I think someone else picked up on that and has been mass agreeing since. @Hades0918 and I have been very active this week and we both react to about anything we read which causes us to jump dramatically because we had a long conversation.

I think @TechHog getting to 1st place confirms that it's reaction spamming, since I don't think undoing flags alone could do that. That's unfortunate for us. Also, it seems to be happening to other users at much faster pace now, which is interesting.

Don't ban me for bothering you, but I want to explain our side of the flag issue
Near the end of September of last year, @Thur55555555555 got attacked by an unknown flagger
Shortly after that, they left
I was attacked too, but I didn't get it that bad
A few days after @Thur55555555555 left, the flagging stopped
Well, on December 1st @Thur55555555555 came back
And with them, the flagger
However, the flagger was much more aggressive this time
In just a few days of @Thur55555555555 return they gave them over 200 flags
They haven't stopped, either
@Thur55555555555 now has over 800 flags
I have 188
@Joeybear7 has well over 200
@PokeMom244 received over 200 in just two days of being here, and they still haven't done anything wrong
We asked for y'all's help, tagging @Mod_Nova and some other mods, as well as TPCi people
We got ignored
The more y'all ignored us, the louder we became
We reached the point where every other day we were tagging y'all
We weren't trying to be disruptive or cause problems
We wanted our voices to be heard
We finally get acknowledged by you, but you didn't even help us
You explained the purpose of flags and told us to stop
We didn't stop because you were still ignoring the problem
So you shut down the main post we were communicating on
When we moved to a different post, you shut that one down too and threatened to ban us if we kept it up
I don't understand why you want us to be quiet so badly
We are simply asking you to help us fix a problem that have been effecting us for more than a month and you won't let our voices be heard
You act like we're causing problems, but we're not
We aren't forcing people to join us, or accusing others of being the flagger, or even flagging you mods
We are simply using the available resources to peacefully demand change
You told us to address the problem in the proper way, but didn't tell us what that is
All I'm here to do is ask that you point me in the right direction so that I can get a fix to the problem

... This is offensive! (Kidding) Maybe they shouldn't be removed, but that's only if a proper system can be put in place that can prevent its abuse. However, that is highly unlikely to happen, so removal is the best choice. Plus, flags don't seem to actually do anything. You get two points taken away. That's it. They don't seem to lead to bans. If we keep reports, which are watched over by humans, then we can remove flags without worry. They are unnecessary and are being used incorrectly. Their removal won't hurt anything. In fact, things would be better.

Use the report. As I said, real humans will watch that, leading to, only if necessary, bans. Flags don't get the same attention as reports.

Yeah reports need to be taken more seriously by the mods (trust me they aren’t) and abuse/spam flags should be removed. The truth is the mods are bots and they don’t care about comments that get flagged/reported. And sure every once in a while they comment on someone post and it is relevant but that is just because their software recognized some key words and made a response.

It took forever to load. Even after it loaded it wouldn't move on command. Would sit still for a bit. I LOLed it and it didn't register until much after I clicked it. And then it wouldn't even let me comment.

@Hades0918 I turned 4*. If all 250 of my flags were removed I would have 1500 points just 500 below you. If I hadn’t taken my break or gotten flagged I would be ahead of you.
