To be blunt, Liko's not worth the cut. I also agree with @NoahLaprasForum that the storyline is too weird and too many characters that are not in the game straying from the source material. Horizons is just another random globetrotter with Liko having no real goal in mind.

I agree. It's never the cause of the disasters, it has premonitions about them.
