is this app truly safe has there been creepy people on here I’m a minor and I just wanna be safe on here and have fun. I hope you get back to me. If not that’s OK. I just don’t wanna get hurt it’s just Pokémon after all. 😺

FallenFurfrouI don't know if the site is safe from creepy people, but it's still a bit toxic. Normally, I'd suggest you search the discussion board for some of the more wholesome topics.
If you're talking about the Pocket app, and you want to give it a go, then I would probably advise for you to take a break for a few days. From what I've seen, there have been so many complaints about the horrible new trading mechanics that were implemented today. In fact, some of the app's users have decided to uninstall the app and ragequit in response to the janky trading system.
I don't suggest playing on the app now, nor do I condone ragequitting it. If you don't want to be discouraged by the turbulence of some of the more toxic haters, I recommend you take a little mental health break from the forums and the app for at least a few days. In the meantime, play a console game (if you have any consoles), watch an episode or two, or engage in any other activity that makes you feel safe. In the meantime, we'll let you know in several days' time when/if the problem is being alleviated.
It's not perfect, but at least it should be of some benefit.
