COVID didn't affect rotation. It was skipped last year because they wanted to change it to sync with Japan.5 -

You can still redeem code cards at least, but it's clear that they either just don't want to invest in this or fear backlash (possibly even legal backlash) if they add money to the equation.4 -

Live doesn't have support for BW and XY cards yet in terms of playing, though you can see them. There's no date for when this will change. @DoubleCure please fact check4
