Stop posting. You have to be trolling at this point.

There's a 45-second action timer. If it runs out 3 times in a row, you lose. If the opponent went more than 45 seconds without an action, you disconnected.

You don't see them because they've rotated. You can find them if you change the card filter to "Expanded" or "All", but you won't be able to play them in Ranked either way.

Please learn about the game before making statements like this. The shop isn't the only way to get cards.
