on April 22 I had received a 2023 world championship Pokémon deck for my birthday. I went to the app and redeemed my card, but I have not received any of the rewards. I sent an email to Pokémon, but they still have not replied.
I had just gotten a 2023 world championships deck and when i redeemed my card it has not given me my items please help
