I had a Defiance Vest on my Gardevoir ex. I had more prize cards remaining than my opponent, but the Defiance Vest did not work when I was attacked. As a result, my Gardevoir fainted when it should have survived the attack.
I had a Pyroar with Scorching Aroma on my bench. Its ability did not activate when I burned my opponent. I burned the opponent two different times, but the burn damage counter stayed at 2.
