Fezandipiti ex Cruel Arrow - Not allowed to select Pokemon to attack
I tried to use cruel arrow and when I attempted to select a benched Pokemon to apply damage to, it just enlarged the card. All options just enlarged the card when selected, and the done box was left greyed out, causing my turn to run out of time.
