play Ranked, sbmm doesn't belong in casual play on any game. But your gonna have a hard time finding people that aren't playing good decks, as there is no theme deck mode anymore idk, might have to play a prebuilt list

I think finding a league and going every week is the best way but a lot of people do it by just playing online. Ptcglive has some premade decks for you to use to at least know how to play well
